FEP Operations Center

The FEP Operations Center® (FEPOC) was established in 1960 when the Federal Employee Health Benefit Program (FEHBP) was established. CareFirst, BlueCross® BlueShield® of the National Capital Area and Group Hospitalization Inc., has contracted with the FEP Director’s Office since that time to provide centralized enrollment, claims and data processing functions for the federal government-wide Service Benefit Plan (SBP).

The FEPOC Mobile App houses the conference apps for the FEP Technology Conference and the Technology Strategy Summit. Each conference app will provide you access to the following information:
